Until 1 December 2011, I was a PhD student at the Centre for Language Studies at Radboud University Nijmegen (the Netherlands). My PhD thesis entitled 'Making choices: Modelling the English dative alternation' (pdf; 1130kB) was approved by the review committee in January 2012, and I successfully defended it in public on Monday 18 June 2012, 1.30 PM in Nijmegen. My thesis concerns corpus and computational linguistics.
From September to December 2010, I have been a visiting Fulbright scholar at Stanford University (California, USA).
Since 1 February 2012, I work as Associate at PwC Assurance (audit). A completely new challenge!
